Refund policy

All TALUNORI™ products are instant digital downloads (PDF story-coloring books). Because files are delivered immediately and can be saved or printed right away, we are not able to offer refunds once a download link has been issued, except as described below.

When we will offer a refund or replacement

We will happily provide a replacement download or a refund if your file fails to download, arrives corrupted or unreadable, or is significantly different from what was described on the product page. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.

Change of mind

Because our books are delivered instantly and the license allows immediate printing, we generally can't offer refunds for a simple change of mind. If you haven't downloaded your file yet and would like to cancel, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country or region, including any rights relating to digital content that is faulty or not as described.
